The funny thing is that I've created a ticked, explaining the situation that I cannot read any emails on this account, because I did not received them, and now case status is updated to "Waiting on Player" status. And you know what? There is no message in the ticket, support probably respond but with an email, which I'm not receiving. Ridiculus.
