in game store event passes legend locker and store not loading

it happened shortly after buying wraith pass

Same. Bought mirage pass and quickly my lobby locked out. Tried all of the things, no remedy. I’ve seen a few other threads with tons of people that are going through this. Seems like if you paid for a pass you’re in this boat 

I am however still unlocking things from the mirage pass as I play but again no way to open anything or collect rewards
