Apple ID "Hide my email". Did not receiving any emails from EA.

So I've wanted to buy a game, and I've logged in using Apple Id options, because that's how I' am doing for a few years now. Ended up creating account with "Hide my e-mail" option. I did not checked ...

I created a ticket while logged out, and I was able to enter an email address. I also created a ticket while logged in, but I don't receive an email either. On both tickets I also have "waiting for player". I can find my message in the case, I think we just have to wait. I didn't need to confirm anything by email
