Apple ID "Hide my email". Did not receiving any emails from EA.

So I've wanted to buy a game, and I've logged in using Apple Id options, because that's how I' am doing for a few years now. Ended up creating account with "Hide my e-mail" option. I did not checked anything and purchased a game. I've opened EA App, and tried to login into my account with Apple ID option, I have to enter a verification code, and that's when the problem appeared. I did not receiving any e-mails on my hidden apple id e-email from EA. So I cannot get a code to verify my account, also I did not receive any emails about the purchase, so I don't have any order id etc. to maybe ask for a return. I've only lost my money, that's how it looks like now. So what can I do? Anyone had similar situation?

Can you help me get access to my account? Or if now, how can I ask for a return?

  • The funny thing is that I've created a ticked, explaining the situation that I cannot read any emails on this account, because I did not received them, and now case status is updated to "Waiting on Player" status. And you know what? There is no message in the ticket, support probably respond but with an email, which I'm not receiving. Ridiculus. Case number: Case #217779319 Can someone from suppoort team here help me?

    I had an Apple advisor check my account and if it works, everything is fine. The Apple advisor asked me to create an EA support ticket explaining the problem. I hope to hear back soon. I'll keep you updated here.
