Are you ever going to fix the roster download issue?

Do you plan on fixing the Xbox roster download issue. Still cannot play head to head online and fix depth charts. Keep getting prompted to download roster. I’ve tried uninstalling and installing the game. Still happens. Been going on for a couple weeks now. Where is support on this issue?
