Ban for using ps4 controller?

 I WANT MY MONEY BACK I USED  REWASD TO UTILIZE A CONTROLLER AND I WAS PERM BANNED. i do not have a history of cheating ive played battlefield since bad company 2 and this just breaks my mf heart my favorite franchise is so soft that i cant use a controller on my favorite game. please unban me or return my money i dont think ill be playing much after this very discouraging dice.
