Banned with no penalty history entry to appeal

My email was compromised a few months back, which resulted in several affiliated accounts also getting compromised. After retrieving all my accounts i found my EA account had been banned. No entry was made in my penalty history, so i can not appeal the ban.

There are no emails to reach out to for support on the matter. When i tried to find a case option for something like "ea account ban" on EA's support site, the only option was to appeal against a ban on a specific game. So i tried this, since that was my last option, and simply submitted an appeal on bf2042. I found the site refused to submit the appeal (i could click "submit" but nothing would happen). 

Now i am asking the community if anyone has a clue for what i can do. This account btw, is a new one, since my original is locked out of discussion boards aswel as games. Hope somebody has an idea
