Banned wrong account
My account was banned over 3 weeks ago and it's for the wrong person entirely. Ea support told me to go here and I've had 6 denied appeals for the wrong account!? Like what is going on. I didn't break the rules some other random account did and I got the ban. I've never broken a rule once since I've been an EA customer for over 12 years and played every BF title.
What is going on with your TOS team?

You should start a ban appeal, everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.
