Banned wrong account

My account was banned over 3 weeks ago and it's for the wrong person entirely. Ea support told me to go here and I've had 6 denied appeals for the wrong account!? Like what is going on. I didn't brea...

You should start a ban appeal, everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.
