Battlefield 2042 Destroyed PC componets

RecursiveFlux​ HELP PLS Im sorry for doing an @ but ive tried to get support for 5 hours now ive called the phone number and everything else ive tried the chat bot on EA help nothing works at this point i just want to play on my laptop but the game keeps shutting down the wifi card after like 1-2 mins in im at my wits end i cant get ahold of an person and the ai chatbot just keeps looping
