So it tells me to open a url ans change my password. Iv done that whats the next steps as it doesn't say anything else. It just keeps saying please reset password?

I’m having the same issue.
Have tried lots of times.
Tried opening new accounts with different emails AND usernames , but it still reverts to this. I have sent a ticket to EA help. Had no response yet 😩
