I currently cannot play on my xbox as apparently my account is linked to an ea account that does not exist. Look at the attached image obviously that email is not one that I own so obviously I can’t sign in to unlink my account. Is there any way I can fix this?

I have tried to speak to them on live chat about this for about 8 hours now. And they say I haven't replied to them and then close my case. I had this same issue a few years ago. It's a joke, I have to accept that I can't play any battlefield or fifa games anymore
