EA Account Locked in Limbo - I Can Log In But Can't Change My Fake Email

**Dear EA Community & Staff,**  

I’m posting this **directly from my locked EA account** ([username]) to prove:  
✅ **I CAN LOG IN** (this post is the evidence)  
✅ **I KNOW my credentials**  
❌ **But I CAN’T:**  
   - Change the fake/disposable email linked to my account  
   - Access security settings  
   - Receive verification codes (they go to the old email)  

**This makes NO SENSE.** If I’m logged in, why can’t I update my own account details?

### **Proof I Own This Account:**  
1. **Posting from the account itself** (check my profile)  
2. **Account details I’ve provided to EA Support:**  
   - Creation date: [Month/Year]  
   - Connected games: [List games]  
   - Subscription history: [EA Play/Pro, if any]  
3. **Willing to verify ANYTHING else** (but support won’t tell me what’s missing!)

### **How EA Support Failed Me:**  
- **7+ attempts** to verify ownership  
- Offered:  
  - Last passwords used  
  - Game progress details  
  - Connected platforms (Xbox/PSN)  
- **Their response every time:**  
  > *"We can’t verify you."*  
  > *"Information is insufficient."*  
  **BUT THEY WON’T SAY WHAT’S MISSING!**

### **Why This Hurts ALL Players:**  
🔴 **No account security** – If I’m hacked, I can’t recover it.  
🔴 **Wasted money** – I lose all my games/progress.  
🔴 **Broken trust** – EA’s system punishes legitimate players.

### **What EA Needs to Fix:**  
1. **Accept alternative verification** (e.g., proof of game ownership, login history).  
2. **Clearly explain what’s "missing"** instead of generic rejections.  
3. **Allow email changes** if the user is actively logged in.

**To EA Staff:**  
This account is **LITERALLY POSTING THIS MESSAGE**. How much more proof do you need? **PLEASE escalate this to someone who can help.**
