Been blocked from accessing chat support

Ive had my microsoft email hacked into and my ea, steam, discord and battlenet account stolen. microsoft have permenantly disabled the email now due to security reasons so i cant get any one time access codes. ive been on the chat a few times with EA trying to get my account back by answering the security questions but they are saying they are incorrect. Now there is no option for me to access the chat support at all as it looks like they have banned me.

    i cant access the email section. Ive tried to regain my account by answering the security questions and ive been told dont worry i can try as many times as i want. They have BLOCKED my PC from opening the chat to agent part. They have also blocked my mobile phone while on the home network. i was then able to access the chat fuction through my mobile phone using my mobile data. that has now also been blocked from accessing the chat function. i brought this to their attention after my Pc got blocked but they denied it. i keep doing the exact same steps and all it says is

    this forum is just as bad as the chat support. No help to be had from EA
