Being redirected wrong in EA playtest portal
When I am logged in on the playtesting portal and enter my profile, press "Add family member" It leads me to a playtesting survey I assume is no longer active, referring to November and in a location...

Have you tested on a different browser to see if this may be a caching issue?
If not, can you do that now and see what happens?
If you check your communications from the playtesting you should see options to speak with someone from the team for assistance.
Let me know how you get on and we will take it from there.
