I own the phantom edition and can only play online, can't start the campaign, says I have to buy it. In my EA launcher it says the campaign is installed. WTF is going on!!! Not to mention the 2 and a half
hrs of the q being filled error and then can't connect to the server. Awful launch so far. Just hope they can straighten this fiasco out!

Since launch, it's been telling me I need to buy all the packs I've already purchased with the game it self. The result? I haven't even been able to play a single game yet. I hope they fix this crap soon.

Ditto. I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition, but says I need to buy to play.
I own the phantom edition, nothing works. All is install when i check, but not the base game (basic bf6 required or something like that). Lol 129.99$ for phantom edition and this result ! Verry desapointed.
Pre ordered the Phantom Edition, got it downloaded days before launch. Went to play today and it does allow me play to but NO Phantom Edition with additional content. Appears the standard version is all I got at the moment. WTF?!?! So for $100 I got the standard edition? I want the additional $30 refund for the difference!! UGH........
same as everyone else i have now given them time to come up with a fix but i have had it with them requesting refund
