Bought Sims 4 expansion pack twice, yet does not appear in library?

I just bought the businesses & hobbies expansion of Sims 4, yet the game is not appearing in my library or in game? I tried to buy it once with one of my cards, and then again with another card, and ...

  • Yea I have that issue too one the same card I just bought and it hit it twice when my screen frozed

      KenziKsenia​ If you can't request a refund directly through the EA Help website, please select "Contact us" at the bottom of the page and send a help ticket. Please note that we're experiencing higher-than-usual wait times due to beta releases at the moment.

        Ok thank you I have had a ticket open since August  11 and was having problems trying to reach out and chat with one of you guys so I closed that one out so I can try agian .So  I just redid a new ticket  I don't know if time change have anything to do with it but I reopen a new of the same issue so hopefully we can get this resolved  tomorrow
