Ok thank you I have had a ticket open since August 11 and was having problems trying to reach out and chat with one of you guys so I closed that one out so I can try agian .So I just redid a new ticket I don't know if time change have anything to do with it but I reopen a new of the same issue so hopefully we can get this resolved tomorrow

Thanks for the update. Since you’ve reopened a new ticket for the same issue, that should now be in the queue and picked up once it reaches its turn. I hope you get this resolved soon!
