Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Since the switch from origin to the EA app,  I've been unable to get my extension pack - university life, and deluxe version of the game back. I spent 2 hours with the chat box, which just kept taking me into new conversations and I had to keep repeating the issue. I've still been unable to fix this issue. I showed proof of purchase and tried all their methods, but nothing worked. I tried clearing the cache, deleting the app and making sure all up to date. There seems to be no one else to contact to fix it.
