Dude I'm also facing this issue
and I'm on PC accidental purchase was made from my account for phantom edition pack however when I requested the refund it was denied and rejected they told me that refund is not possible so they added the game back to my library now - now I own the game and when I try to download it
it gives me an error says that I don't have access or I don't own this game lol
Their support is incompetent that whenever I connect with an advisor each one of them gives me a bull**bleep** reason and connects me with a different person this keeps looping and now I'm starting to feel like that my $100 were just stolen from me by a $55 billion dollar company
