Can’t link my ea account with my psn account

when i want to link my ea account with my psn account i get a notification that my psn account is already connected with a ea account that i dont know.  I can only see the first two letters of the ac...

Hey there. You'll need to get that other account unlinked. However, you won't be able to link another PSN ID since an EA account can only have one of each platform account linked in its lifetime. More information on linking accounts can be found here. You also can open a case from that page by clicking on the contact us button at the bottom to see if an advisor can assist.

Hello, how can i unlink that other account without know the mailadres, its not mine. There is no button to speak a advisor

    Try choosing "Update EA Account" as the topic to see if the option for chat shows up.

        You'll need to submit a case by email then if the chat option isn't available. You should see that when hitting the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this page.
