I just tried it now and i didn’t get the option for chat

Community ManagerYou'll need to submit a case by email then if the chat option isn't available. You should see that when hitting the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this page.
I have already did that earlier this on sunday i think and until today i didn’t get a answer. I have send a case again just now
