Can’t link my ea account with my psn account

when i want to link my ea account with my psn account i get a notification that my psn account is already connected with a ea account that i dont know.  I can only see the first two letters of the ac...

I just tried it now and i didn’t get the option for chat

You'll need to submit a case by email then if the chat option isn't available. You should see that when hitting the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this page.

    I have already did that earlier this on sunday i think and until today i didn’t get a answer. I have send a case again just now
