Can’t login to my EA account on my email

I already unlinked this account and yet this is all I keep seeing, now I’m not able to play online for a game I bought to play online lol. And I can never get any EA help because the chat feature doesn’t work.

    Hi there. An EA account can only have one platform account of each type linked to it in its lifetime. It looks like you already linked an Xbox gamertag to this EA account so you cannot link another to it. More information on linking accounts can be found here.
