Can’t receive verification codes from ea.

I’m wanting to change my EA ID because it shows on apex. They ask to send a verification code to my email due to 2 factor authentication. But i never get an email with a code. It’s been 2 whole days ...

Hmm, if you've reached out via email and still not gotten anything at all back, that's definitely odd.

Could you try reaching out again, but via an incognito tab and without signing in? Sometimes there can be issues regarding cases, but reaching out as a guest might circumvent those.

i can try this, i doubt it will work though. It doesn’t have anything to do with 2FA apparently because mine isn’t even enabled.

I press change name and it says “verify identity” and proceeds to ask if they can send a code. This is what i’m stuck on, no code is sent to me.
