Can’t unlink ghost EA account from my psn

Hi, not trying to be rude or nothing I only have a phone to use so I can’t change the typing options. I can’t seem to get a hold of ea help or any advisor on how to unlink my old ea account n add new...

I have a case open with EA which they escalated, i got a hacked and they linked a ea account to my PSN. I cannot unlink since i have no ownership of the hackers EA account.
