Can’t use fc store

I need help I can’t use the store app it says my account is underage

and that is not true.

ea help

    If it says you are underage rutx9ajqmvbm​ then it means your account is set that way.

    When you view you account are you able to log in with an email?

    Thanks for the reply I’ve spoken to one of the support and they’ve solved the problem. I verified my id with a passport. Thanks 🙏
