Can’t change my Ea user name.

Hi!

I’ve been trying to change my username on EA. Whenever I go to Settings and click on my username to change it, it asks me to verify my identity. It shows the correct email address, the one I use every day. I know it’s the right email because I still receive EA notifications and emails from other forums I’ve commented on.

The problem is that I never receive the verification email or code, so I can’t verify my identity. 😭 I’ve checked my spam/junk folder and still nothing.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I really want to change my username, but I also don’t want to lose my account, so I’d appreciate any safe methods. Thanks!
