Can’t log into account

Question

I’m trying to log into my account and for some reason when it tries to give me a verification code, I never get it and I’ve looked through my inbox, promotions, and spam, and it wasn’t there at all

Hey Foxd1029​ are you using one of the main email providers or a more niche one?
Can happen that certain email providers block the codes.
