You guys gave me the wrong beta code

I’m a playstation player and have always made sure on the EA website to select PS5,PS4 and playstation. You guys have given me an xbox could and i don’t have an xbox. So may you please fix it and give me a Ps5 FC 26 Closed beta code.

    Hey FUThyp3yy​ when you signed up for the Beta, you had to put a preference on the console; this is explained in our EA Help Article: How to join an EA closed beta.Unfortunately, we can't help you to get another code for a different platform. If you got instead the code for the correct platform but it is not working, follow the same article above for help.


    Also, we want to remind you that this Beta is only accessible in the NA and UK regions. Please keep in mind that certain platforms, like the PlayStation region, lock content; if your EA account region is set to a country different from your actual location, your code will not work as it is tied to a different region. You can check the region settings for your EA account here.

    Beta codes are issued based on the selections you have made FUThyp3yy​ and we are not able to change the platform you received the code for.

    The fact is my selected options are PS4,PS5 and Playstation. Why would i have chosen Xbox if i don’t own one. This is a mistake from your behalf fix it please.

    Hey there darko can u help me so I only had ps5 ticked and I have a ps4 version can u sort this please ASAP as I don't want this version why I unticked last year as this happened the year before so please sort this otherwise will be asking for my money bk

    What does this mean mate because I have pm u aswell and if not sorted I will want a full refund as I pre ordered the game a couple off weeks ago on the hope that use would know how to send the right code out

    So because a mistake they made i can’t do nothing about it. I have had previous beta codes work for fc 25 etc work because they gave me a playstation code cause i play on there. thanks a lot
