can someone please help me i just wanna play pvz gw2 who is travis bezos

i just wanna play pvz and when i try to load it up it asks me to send a code to ( co*****@travisbezos.com ) i just wanna sign into my account and i also dont have the email i used to make the account...

Probably several people's accounts boomed. But support doesn't help us. I'm waiting for 3 hours for live support.
