Chat support option is washed out

Hi all. I have an issue im trying to resolve with my linked ea accounts. My psn account is linked to an old ea account and I would like to change it. However, I need ea support to do so. I can not get the support chat option to be selectable on my account though. When scrolling down through comtact us options, I see the chat but its washed out and not selectable. Help please
