Cannot create any case in ea help

I want to pre-order Battlefield™ 6, but when I was about to make the purchase, I noticed that there was an incorrect ban on my Apex ea account that was linked to my Steam account. When I created a support ticket to appeal the ban, my request was immediately redirected to the homepage without any info. I also tried to appeal the ban directly, but it showed that we encountered a technical issue. EA please help me
