Cannot edit my account

I have no access to my old email linked to my EA account so I cannot submit a code to do any changes, I try to use the help sections to contact live chat but every single time it just takes me to edi...

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. The chat/email option appearing will depend on which particular selections you're making on the help page.

    Try creating a new case here and selecting Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account. Either of those should let you get in touch with the support team so they can check into this with you and update any necessary info.
