Cannot find webform to appeal a ban.
Someone has used my email address to open an account. This has happened multiple times. I want my email permanently deleted from EA, but I have a ban on my account, for what reason I have no idea. I can’t find the appeal webform anywhere on EA.
When I click dispute, (above picture) it just keeps sending my to this picture (below picture) in fact when I click contact us, or any link referring to appeal form just sends my to the home page (below picture)
I just want my account permanently deleted. Is there anyone that help me please.

Try reaching out to our terms of service team via the steps in this article. They'll be able to take a look at the ban for you. Unfortunately the account can't be deleted until the ban on it is lifted.
