When I launch FC26 from steam, I get sent to the EA app and it says "Verify your identity" and says it will send a code to my email however it does not send a code and there is not another way to launch FC26. I've tried to add a secondary email and that's not worked

If not, then I'm here to help.
A lot of these kinds of issues are email-related; filtering of incoming emails can often be an issue, but also, a lot of the more niche email providers can block verification emails.
Are you using a more niche provider?
