Cant access account settings on ea.com

Hi,

I recently purchased FC25 and obviously needed my EA account, I have it for like 9 years atm, and have on it an old username that I wanted to change. But for some reason when I want to manage my acc the site is not working or is not avabile... 

I live in Czechia and its not working on my phone and even some of my friends report that its not working for them either...

I am sending screenshot of what the site says with its adress.

Alson managing account doesent even work on EA Help - there it says that I am not connected to internet...

Cleared my cache, history and even tested on new browser...

  • same here also, 1: login, 2: go to account settings 3: just white 
    tried different browsers and also disableing browser extensions didnt work :(

    same here, the website doesn't even load. I don't think this company tries anymore.....

    I have the same problem. I have emptied the browser cache and tried another browser, but errors keep appearing.

    UPDATE:
    Fixed for me.

    Hi,

    thanks for response.

    On mobile i tried it on data and WiFi - on PC well only by cable to router.

    Yeah on OperaGX there is option to have VPN but I dont use it bcs I dont need it. I can send you screenshot on the site that I am not using it.

    Its in Czech language but it says that I am not connected to VPN

    Hey FrogysLP​,

    I'd like to start by saying that your English is great! 🙂

    Regarding not being able to access your account details, thank you for sharing what you've already tried. This might be a long shot, but if you've tried on wifi, could you try via your mobile data instead (and vice versa)?

    I also see from your screenshot that you seem to be using a VPN? If that's enabled, could you try disabling it and let me know if that works?
