cant access ea account email linked to xbox account

i cant access my old email due to inactivity and would like to unlink it from my xbox account. finding out how to chat with support seems impossible

    Hello doinkkss​,

    Account related issues can only be handled by EA support, if you are able to prove that the account is yours, the EA support team will assist you with the linking/unlinking process.
