Can't access the open beta due to a password reset prompt

So upon opening the battlefield 6 open beta, I am met with this prompt stating, "please reset your password." Attached is a QR code which when scanned brings you to a error 404 page. I tried resetting my password manually and even then this doesn't update on the game itself. If I hit close as seen in the image, it brings me to the menu and when I hit continue from there, it brings me back to the same page of needing a password reset. If this can't be fixed it's seriously disappointing as I as well as others won't be able to access the bets or perhaps even the game once it launches.
