Can't change EA ID because term is blocked

I want to change my ID from "Hollnik" to "SQORPYONIX" but I get error "Enter a valid EA ID". There is a part of dialogue between me and tech support:

Rohit (8/14/2025, 7:50:40 PM): It seems to be the EA ID you are trying to is blocked and if you want to use than it needs to be unblocked by the team and for that you need to post it on the forum which I shared with you and moderators will do that for you.
At first, I thought I needed to open a new case, since the link doesn't lead to the forum. But in new opened case I didn't get help.
I think the tech support meant for the moderators to unblock the term "SQORPYONIX" and I could change the ID.
