Can't change email on EA
Hey EA! I have a bit of a problem with my email..
So like 8 years ago I made an EA account with my dad using his email since I was young. Now years later that email has disappeared and we no longer have access to it. Now I have my own email and I want to use that on EA instead, but I can't verify the old email since it doesn't exist anymore. I also don't want to start a whole new account since I have a lot of packs I don't want to lose. Is there anyway to change it without making a whole new account?

While we can't help with account issues here on the forums, if you reach out to our live support team they can take a look at how to update your email address for you. Just note that they'll likely need to ask for some account related information to verify you as the account owner, so try to keep that on hand.
