Can't contact support?!
I've been experiencing an issue where, every time I attempt to create a case or reach out to a live chat representative, I receive a message saying that a case has been created. However, no case actually appears in my case history—it's always showing as 0 cases made. This has been ongoing for nearly two weeks, and I've been unable to contact support despite several attempts. I’m logged into my account, yet I can’t seem to get through to anyone for assistance. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have any advice on how to resolve it?
