Can't get verification code for email

I've had this issue for years where I try to sign into EA with my email and when it sends my verification code to my email, I don't get an email from EA at all. I've put in a case for it but my luck, Battlefield 6 beta is running. I even made a new EA account to try to link my Playstation to it, but it won't let me. So I guess im screwed till I can reach someone from EA.
