Hey bro! I was finally able to get this resolved. You’ll have to stay on the chat and wait for someone to connect. Took me about 6 hours to finally chat with someone but they were able to unlink my account and I was able to relink it to my working account. Keep in mind you lose all progress you ever made in any EA games.

How and where do you get onto live chat?

Hi, you guys automatically were creating this accounts for us... disabled.ea.com... and now all of them are disabled. They're not registered in LINKED accounts either so we can't unlink them.. this only can be done from EA end

Same **bleep** issue. I even opened a case. They just closed it without doing anything so I reopened it. Plus no way getting on ea chat right now. Maybe after this beta it will get cleared up

Guess I know what I am doing when I can. The 6 hour wait lol

Anyone know of a similar workaround for Xbox? Unable to unlink my xbox gamertag from hacker EA account. EA help...is not helpful at all.

Same issue...just gave up on waiting today as I checked my phone for hours.
Earlier this weekend I missed two chat attempts as they contacted me at hours when I was either driving or asleep....

just found a fix for this bc i was trying to play dragon age inquisition and it was stuck saying my ea password had expired
so i did some searching found nothing that useful tbh. BUT if you manage to get into an ea game that doesn't immediately require you to sign in you may be able to unlink your account from there
i opened dragon age the veilguard for example, and went into settings on the main menu (it allows you to skip signing into your ea account when it first loads) and if you scroll all the way across to the end and open the link to log into your ea account it should give you the option to unlink the account that is connected. (for me it was another random disabled account that i didn't create so had no way to access it)
once you've unlinked it you can then enter a new email for the account you want to link to your playstation and it will actually link the correct one (i checked on my ea account that it was actually linked)
hope this works for you guys
