Cant link New EA Account to PlayStation
So my friend bought Split Fiction yesterday and when i was at his house we were trying to see if we can play online but when he tried to it said “expired Credentials” so we tried to reset the password but it didn’t work mind you he still has access to his old email and he knows his password since its the only account he has but the “reset password” never worked so i told him to make a new EA account. He made a new one and we tried to link it to his PlayStation but it didn’t work since you cant have 2 accounts linked on 1 system but its really challenging when we cant login to the old account. If anyone knows something that can help that would be great but so far everything we tried hasn’t worked even after trying to link it a error would pop up and show a weird error email was still linked but we cant get in. (P.s) i also emailed the problem to another person i found on reddit claiming to be a EA Support

First of all, it's really, really bad idea to contact someone on a non-official channel as it's likely a scam. I hope you didn't given them any account details.
Your friend will need to contact EA Help so they can assist them with the account linking and reactivating the disabled email address. They should be able to reach them at help.ea.com. Please note that they will only speak with the account holder and your friend will likely need to validate that they're the owner with EA Help.
