cant link xbox account possibly hacked at some point

i went to link my xbox account to my ea cause my xbox app was having some issues trying to download some of the free games thru the ea app   but it says it was already been linked to some other email...

plus whenever i try to instill a free game from game pass that requires the ea app even if i have my ea app open and signed it i just get a error saying to try changing my password and restarting the game which i have done
