cant link xbox account possibly hacked at some point

i went to link my xbox account to my ea cause my xbox app was having some issues trying to download some of the free games thru the ea app   but it says it was already been linked to some other email...

do i need to make a new ea account to be able to link and play any game pass games and can u fix this since i wasnt the one to do it  i hope someone getting hacked wouldnt lead to a irreversible unfixable issue
