Cant log in on my ea account
Hello. Im trying to log in to my account to play some Sims 4. But my account is conected to my old computer email, with both a email and a password that i dont have anymore. So when I finaly can log in, it send me to a new account without all my packs that i have brought. Im not sure how to fix it, i just want to play some sims 4 again. Is there anything I can do, or can get help from anyone?

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they can take a look at how they can get you back into your old EA account, as well as how they can help you update the email address to one that you do have access to.
