Cant receive a verify code

Hello,

i made a new EA profile because my account was deleted after not active.

problem is i cant receive a verification code to my new mail when i turn on the Battlefield V game on Playstation.

can u help me with that.

    Hey there, if you're not getting verification codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
    • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
