Can't reply to an open case
I opened a case to see if I could unlink a disabled account from PSN and link a new account. Support has replied to me and I've received an e-mail with that reply. I even received a follow-up e-mail to check if I still needed help a few days later, but every time I enter the open case I can't reply. It just says "Waiting on player" but there's no option to answer.
I attempted to reply to the e-mail directly, which obviously didn't work and I don't know what else to do.
They were asking for more information in the reply and I'd gladly give it to them, if I could...
Can anyone help?
