Can't reply to an open case

I opened a case to see if I could unlink a disabled account from PSN and link a new account. Support has replied to me and I've received an e-mail with that reply. I even received a follow-up e-mail to check if I still needed help a few days later, but every time I enter the open case I can't reply. It just says "Waiting on player" but there's no option to answer.

I attempted to reply to the e-mail directly, which obviously didn't work and I don't know what else to do.

They were asking for more information in the reply and I'd gladly give it to them, if I could...

Can anyone help?

    Hi there. Try clearing your cookies/cache. Also, if you're not using a Chrome browser, try using that instead. If this still doesn't help, you're welcome to create a new case and explain the situation. Cases can be opened here.

    Thank you for your help. I ended up having to create a new case and it is being taken care of
