Can't reply to an open case

I opened a case to see if I could unlink a disabled account from PSN and link a new account. Support has replied to me and I've received an e-mail with that reply. I even received a follow-up e-mail ...

Hi there. Try clearing your cookies/cache. Also, if you're not using a Chrome browser, try using that instead. If this still doesn't help, you're welcome to create a new case and explain the situation. Cases can be opened here.
